PNC Arena Rules
PNC Arena has some of the hottest games, concerts, and special events around. But to make sure it’s fun for everyone, there are a few rules that you have to follow.
Make sure you read the rules below so you know what to expect. They will help you avoid any issues during your visit to the venue. Please note that some events may have slightly different rules and management reserves the right to modify their rules for each event.

Accessibility Policy
ADA-approved seating and accommodations may be available upon request. Services include ADA-approved seating, assistive listening devices, and similar services to help ensure that guests have an excellent time during the event.
Please contact the venue at your earliest convenience so they can help you with your specialized needs. For best results, it’s advised that you call PNC Arena at least two weeks before your ticketed event.

Animals Policy
Service animals are welcome at PNC Arena. Please contact Guest Services if specific accommodations are required.
Bag Policy
PNC Arena has adopted a NO bag policy. Small clutch bags, no larger than 5” x 8” x 1” , with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium. Please note that one bag within these limits will be allowed per visitor.
Please note that if you plan to bring a bag then you should expect slightly longer wait times in line due to searches.
Event staff reserves the right to inspect bags before allowing entry.
Camera Policy
NO professional cameras (still or video); personal cameras acceptable. No Audio or Video recordings.
If a specific event has an exception, then it will be noted if you call the venue to ask.

Lost and Found Policy
During an event, Lost & Found is located at Guest Services behind Section 127. Inquiries about lost items can also be made by calling 919.861.2300 ext. 2102 the following business day. Messages left at this extension will be returned by a member of the PNC Arena Security Department.
Please be sure to give your complete contact information as well as a detailed description of your lost item(s).

Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed in the venue.
- Bags that don’t align with the bag policy
- Bottles, Cans, Coolers & Liquid Containers
- Food & Beverage (Including Alcohol)
- Illegal Substances
- Fireworks & Other Projectiles
- Recording Devices, Video Equipment
- Electronic Devices
- Weapons of any Type (Including Pocket Knives & Firearms)
- Large Chains & Studded Bracelets
- Laser Pointers & Aerosol Cans
- Noise-making devices (i.e. horns, whistles, air horns, cymbals, bugles, thunder sticks, etc.)
- Large Banners, Signs, Sticks & Stickers
- Pets (Except Service Dogs)
- Two-Wheeled Motorized Devices
- Other Items as Required by Event Promoters
These could be subject to change per the artist request. The venue reserves the right to adjust the items on this list.
PNC Arena reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.
Re-Entry/Entry Policy
Guests are not allowed to exit the building and return during the course of a single ticketed event in the PNC Arena. Specific events may allow an exception to the policy and allow guests to exit and re-enter the facility.
Smoking Rules
PNC Arena is a smoke and tobacco-free facility; including electronic cigarettes. Smoking areas are no longer available outside the arena.
